- The leadership at this company is completely inexperienced and malicious. - COO is the rude and condones employee alienation. - There is constant chatter amongst owner and COO regarding employees background and physical appearance. - No clear direction while executive team withholds information. - No work/life balance. - Not a place where a professional can thrive. - Owner lies about stock options as well as other things. - Owner and COO likes to pin employees against each other while figuring out new ways of manipulation. - Lack of structure - Low morale - Lots of lies and deception.

Only plus for this role are the snacks I guess.

Cons

They make you try to keep people in subscriptions they don't want, so all the callers are frustrated and take their anger out on you. CEO is weird. Expect snide comments, and microaggressions. He'll only be nice to you if he's attracted to you, or for guys if he wants to be friends with you. Their idea of diversity and inclusion only applies to WW and AAPI women.

Toxic: The very toxic environment and toxic executives that work here will make your days at Vegamour miserable. Terrible: You will be micromanaged and criticized for your work. You will be told that you are being "advocated" for but your manager will just use what you tell them, against you. Traumatic: The stress that comes with working here will give you a traumatic work and life experience and how ironic because they consider themselves a "wellness" company.
