Poor safety Bad management, supervisors sit in their room and watch videos or talk with each other Too much work for very few people, and when you closer to done they can just ask you to leave because everyone working too fast so they don't need so many people

Kiss your family goodbye. You are expected to work more than 80 hours per week. Any less than that, and senior leaders tell you your not in the building enough. The company still states they're in the start up phase but their not. You have to balance new initiatives and processes every week without support. They say they care about safety, but will not give you resources to enforce safety measures. This is not a company that will set you up for success.
