Being the only Senior Dev, I have cracked a lot of things which maybe I won't be able to learn in a big size company because there will always be someone who knows which I don't know so maybe that work assigned to that person
Cons
Its a small company and being senior dev I have to do a lot of work which disturb my work/life balance.
