Pros

*Work from home *Daily Pay Option

Cons

Micromanaging is horrible here. There's not much we can do for a lot of CUs and some members are not aware of that so we get cussed out or yelled at. Training does not get you ready for Production. Your work/life balance here is almost nonexistent. They don't have enough agents working to handle the call volume. The pay is not really worth the stress you deal with working here.

Pros

Genuine care for employees and opportunities for development. WFH is great for flexibility and other benefits are nice.

Cons

Slow decision making with a lot of things needing senior level approval instead of empowerment to make decisions at lower levels. Pay is low compared to other comparable places.
