Pros
Used to be a great place to work, staffed by a dedicated bunch of very capable people, alas no more.
Cons
Management has always been a disaster. No strategy or long term plan, lurching from one calamity to the next. Bullsh!t dial has always been hovering around an 8 or a 9 but was turned up to 11 post Covid and has stayed there ever since. Bought another failing company and inexplicably made things worse.
