They will give you a good hike when compared to other companies
Cons
Discrimination, Dirty Politics, Zero Work ethics. They just give you money & you have to work as a donkey. If questioned you will be thrown out or corned. Brahmin Domination. Partiality will be shown upfront.
I started working for VMG around 2 months ago and have been impressed by how warm and friendly everyone has been, management are generous with their time , work treats and compliments. Everyone is giving responsibility from the start and allowed to voice concerns and sales strategy is a collaborative effort. The product is delivered quickly and the company is global making it a culturally rich and interesting place to work.
from what I can tell treat everyone respectfully and
Although I'm working in a small satellite office , management has it's door open and helps with anything you need. Great shared Wework space in London.
Cons
Head office being in Auckland can prove tricky to maintain relationships and get a same day response, however everyone has been very easy to contact and management has flown me out to meet most of the teams.
Benefits and commission package could be improved but as the company grows I'm sure this will change.
