      Pros

      Friendly people (You must enter at least 5 words for Pros)

      Cons

      Payroll delays (3-4 months); Really bad technologies (java 6); Bad code; Unpaid overtimes may you will work even the Saturdays (hopefully not Sundays); The developers are outdated and they stuck to the old technologies. The fun of the story is that they have a fat guy who always shouting - He is the boss and he is funny.

      Pros

      A company with large clients, as a junior at least could be interesting. Generally a nice atmosphere despite the lack of pay and smart people. Because there is no pay there is also minimal pressure, quite relaxed in general.

      Cons

      Huge delays in payment - at the interview they had said it might be 1 month delayed, which made me think they were being honest, but in reality it was much more. In summertime they pay more normally to keep people happy. The CEO had several screaming fits, throwing things around the office etc. Literally giving out stickers at the end of the week as a "bonus".

      Pros

      Permanent work from home gives you time to job-hunt to leave Velti.

      Cons

      Constant payment delays, the company doesnt pay "ensima" Abusive know-it-all CEO, zero career path/training opportunities, spineless upper management. Anyone barely capable has left/driven away. Company meetings that focus more on how much the CEO likes his Tesla car, or his taste in music, than actual strategy with results.
