      Not worth jumping ship for

      Pros

      High level of responsibility given early on. Work hard, play hard culture coupled with a fairly young and energetic team.

      Cons

      Very young senior leaders that have been put in management positions without any form of leadership/management training much to the detriment of their subordinates development. Lack of up to date technical know how, high reliance on old school procurement strategies and projects often undertaken in a ‘cowboy’ style. Real lack of diversity, low male to female ration almost 10:1 for consultants. As a small firm it can also feel quite cliquey, with the aforementioned growing pains stuck between old ways of working and wanting to give off the facade of being a startup.

      Fundamentally confused company

      Pros

      - Flexible working - Some nice and talented people in junior roles

      Cons

      - No vision, very weak CEO - Top heavy and ineffective senior management team. Do not join Vendigital expecting to learn from senior people - Culture of favouritism and bullying, especially by the partners - D&I is only talk from HR. The whole management team is white and nearly all male. They removed the people page from their website to try and hide this.

      The people are great. The perks are great. The responsibility and ownership you are given is amazing. Very flexible around personal needs
