Startup. Industry. Challenging. Big MNC clients. Travelling opportunity.

Cons

Don't value people who have served them for 5+ years. New management is biased, selfish & don't know what they want to do. Good people have left organization. Promise but do not give promised raise nor consider urgent family health emergencies. 4-5 CFO, 2 CIO Vice Presidents have left, sales team has left, accounts team has left. All have left unhappy.

They give salary hike to their own people as they gain personal favours from them in return, this Company has no ethics when it comes to employee morale or satisfaction. Has no compassion, only thinks of their personal benefit; disappointing experience
