-Doing 30 tasks outside of your pay range and job description -Will not properly document your employment and will withhold paperwork from you. -Inappropriate push of religious beliefs of the owner and management with a bias and political bias. This is a company, not church. -Incredibly backstabbing office politics and two-faced staff. -Company is in the red and unstable with poor management and may fail soon
