Pros
Really good place to work, highly recommend! 1) The culture at Venditan is a strong point, everyone is so friendly and approachable (including management). 2) The work has a nice variety to it, you will never get bored doing the same old things! 3) Career progression is fairly good, you will definitely have room to grow. 4) Very understanding of personal circumstances, and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. 5) Work life balance is excellent, you won't be expected to do work beyond your contracted hours. 6) A good mixture of technology used, and plenty of opportunities to learn. 7) Constantly improving practices, they listen to their people and constantly improve to meet needs.
