      Most Dull Environment you can expect in a corporate

      Pros

      Work Quality is good No pros at all except this that too when you have a work otherwise just sit and waste your time

      Cons

      Project Manager are not professioal at all, Behaviour is way bad than a shopkeeper, shouts and slamd employees like slaves or lower wage labours. Work is never appreciated. Company is run only due 2-3 good workers. Pay is less for fresher overall package is around 3.75 but inhand is given only 21000/- all kept in loyalty bonus after 1 year. No facilities at all.

      Good work environment, Open company culture

      Cons

      No work life balance in some team, Slow or Lack to grow on large scale. Project Managers are not good, you cann't complain about mangers because they are relative of top level management..... they won't listen and agree. You will struggle and might get frustrated because of manager.

      Provide free snacks in evening.

      Cons

      Use outdated technologies. No work/life balance. The office environment is too dull. Long working hours, even have to come on sundays if required.
