Pros
Incredible team full of music-lovers, there was a healthy mix of autonomous workflow and cross-functional collaboration. I believed in the product and loved the industry.
Cons
There wasn't a lot of diversity in the engineering team (typical). Leadership was a little impulsive and inconsistent at times. There were many major pivots which cost resources, rather than focusing solely on improving the core product.
