People were kind and work parties were fun. Unique automation. Great Location. Generally laid back work culture. Worked on a variety of projects and gained technical experience
Cons
Management and communication could be inconsistent, and priorities sometimes changed quickly. Recognition for contributions felt limited at times, and career progression was not always clear. Work processes were often manual, which could make projects less efficient. Overall, the experience did not fully meet my expectations in terms of structure, communication, and growth opportunities.
