- The training process could be more efficient and effective - there are a lot of positive aspects to the training process, but there are also some things that could potentially hold someone back

- I love the focus this company has on uplifting the entire team which is often done by some different means of praise, but it can be difficult to gauge which areas you could improve in, make changes, and/or how to become a better asset to them. Here’s an example: Due to the feedback you are receiving, you believe that you are doing well and should continue working in the current direction you are headed. In reality though, potential concerns and/or difficult (although necessary) feedback might not be communicated to you, which might halt productivity and success
