First off, the company is a sales company, a fast paced sales company with targets to hit, where everyone starts at the bottom. Thus the guys at the top are incredible salesmen and can talk rubbish and manipulate you into almost anything. This is important to concept before joining the company or currently working there.
Everything the company offers is based on hope and is methodically carried out through impulse.
The managers will impulse the staff, the same way as you would impulse the customers to sign up, to get you why they want you to do. They will paint a picture in your head of your dreams and use it against you. They will want to find out about you, your purpose, your hobbies and use them them to motivate you as well as change them and/or take them away.
They say everyone has an opportunity, however at no point will they ever promise or even use the word equal.
They will hire people who they know have no chance so make people feel like they are progressing when they aren't as they know the people will leave. And they always give the best interviewees to certain people. So for many people the real progression will never work.
The company will take you out for meals and your leader/manager will become almost your best friend. This is so you "buy" into them so you will do what they want easier.
They will sometimes hire out cars or something similar, maybe get you to sit in it but again, this is just to make you hungry for success so you work harder, making the few at the top money.
They treat workers like material, not selling get the cut.
They will cut the bottom 20% every so often.
They will "belt loop" everyone. You'll never find a genuine conversation.
For everyone reading this here is a few questions, if the opportunity was that good why is it only young people are in the company? Why can't you find much information on the Internet? Why won't they let you speak about it with your friends? Why do they need to plan their conversations? Why do so many people leave? How have so little people have made it?
The company is in ruins, word has it that you need to make 500k+£ for the company to make profit. Yet they sell the idea that after 18 months you'll have you're own office.
Now try and Find anyone in the company that has their own office after 18 months.
I could go on and on.
Ps. They teach you how to "overturn". This is when a customer doesn't really want something but you overturn them and make them want it again. Turning all negatives into a positive. I'd expect them to the same with this.
If you find "Glasgow Interactive" on this, you'll notice their admin frequently does it as well.
Guess you would in sales though.
