Pros

- Great for interns who are looking to gain experience for their resume.

Cons

- Limited chance for promotions - No performance reviews - No regular pay raises even when your workload or hours increase - No HR department - Passive aggressive work culture - Disorganization within the company - Requests or concerns often ignored - Messy/ dirty work environment

Pros

-When there were actually people working there, it was a fun group. -Helped me get my foot in the door into my industry.

Cons

-Management didn't really listen to employees needs or ideas -Low pay compensation -Management would make promises to clients and employees that they wouldn't follow through on -No consistency in projects -Most of the clients would walk away unhappy with the end of a project -Not a very culture driven work environment - I felt as though I would come to work and just do the same menial tasks every day -Projects were scarce and not varied -No opportunity for advancement

I love where I work!

Pros

I am able to be creative and work with a team. I feel like my opinion matters. I love being able to strategize with the rest of the team. The company is growing extremely fast. I feel like I have 1 or 2 new clients each week. I get to work on a lot of different assignments which is good for me because I get bored easy. They are consistently pushing me to learn new skills and they make time in my schedule for me to develop those skills.

I don't really have any cons yet.
