      Very few to choose from

      Cons

      - no support - poor pay - they don’t care about you and they don’t care about the clients. They are only in it for the money

      Pros

      Nice team: The recovery workers genuinely care about the clients.

      Cons

      Overworked due to high staff turnover. Management are extremely unsupportive to staff and turn a blind eye to a lot of the problems in the services. They take high-risk clients but don’t have the capabilities to actually provide the level of support they need. Kind of like a lot of private money-grabbing care companies.

      Company resistant to change, they're just after money. People are becoming more ill or dying in their care.
