Pros
Work deadlines are pretty flexible, and they can adjust based on what you need or the ability that you've shown during the interview. They also can be honest about where you need to improve, making it easier to track where to improve and where you are already excelling at. There is some patience provided if you are naturally not someone who has studied finance.
Cons
If you are someone who requires a bit more guidance and observation (eg, a step by step explanation of the tasks, have the managers help you through the adjustment). This job may not be suitable for you. I was practically the only one there for most of the time. They also require a very entrepreneurial spirit, so please ensure you have that before applying.
