      Pros

      The members are what make it tolerable and fulfilling. The job is easy and you're able to maintain a regular, 40-hour/week M-F schedule, which is nice.

      Cons

      As the partnership within the Denver locations has grown, the priority has become money. The culture is non-existent and almost negligent. Employees are underpaid, under-appreciated, ignored, and disrespected. No room for growth. Benefits are some of the worst I've had.

      Nice space and nice design

      Cons

      The father and son duo have no idea what they are doing. They claim to have run business in the past and now but are not well educated enough to have common business sense. They play it off as knowing it all and think that because of there investment they are entitled to it. Be very weary when discussing terms with them since they will say they are flexible n will work with you but at he same time won’t. Preston I believe is the son acts like he knows it all and seems to have an ego about himself he can never fully give an real response

      They really do care about you. Sometimes maybe even too much. They will give you chances to succeed

      Cons

      It was frustrating because the owner was cheap. I understand being fiscally responsible but the lowest price is not always the best option when it just causes down line problems.
