      - Very questionable ethics and practices here. - HR is almost non-existent. - Bunch of seniors trying hard to initiate a startup with no experience, no traction and no progression at all. All they parade around is their MNC background and being a people manager but are tactless with low EQ. - Extremely toxic workplace, Leadership is superb at gaslighting. -All the smart and ambitious employees have left, those remaining have their own agenda. Works well for the top management since they like to be favored anyway. -Take everything the management says with a pinch of salt.

      Pros

      There were perks but they were all removed so the founder could continue to pay for people to write LinkedIn posts on his behalf.

      Cons

      Bunch of old people that decided to look cool at some point in life and decided to found a startup. CEO and C(Marketing)O run the show. You will be talked down, ignored and gaslighted at all times as per their own words, “they have a lot of experience and they know everything”. Both are just marketing and sales people that worked throughout their whole lives in MNCs where you have to put bare minimum effort to get promoted. Put these folks to speak in front of real experienced professionals and you will see the magic happens. Smart ones have already left or including myself, are planning to leave very soon. Rest of people is around for the free ride. Management knows about it but since these people suck up to the bosses, everything is “good”.

      Gives out Schwag on the first day like it is already a Google. Fancy jacket, plush toy bear, notebook, etc.

      Cons

      CEO is self absorbed. Two old MNC executives who think they know everything. Vanity project of the CEO. Gaslighting like they are sitting on a limitless LNG reservoir!
