Huge turnover of staff, bullying culture, there are some managers who are doing their best but to others you’re just a cash cow. Make you think to be successful in recruitment you have to be working 8-8 every day. Their motto is work hard not smart. Also wonder why all the decent reviews are ‘less than a year here’, they ask you to write those a few weeks in.
