- I have been fortunate to work for large companies and apply real development processes with good practices, with a clear order and with highly qualified professionals. When I come to Venturit and compare with the outside, I discover that they are not a reliable company in terms of products to develop, I don't feel that they care about quality or carrying out a professional process, there are no clear roles, anyone does the work of an expert even if they have no experience. I was worried about my reputation by delivering products that I knew were going to fail, that were not well built, that it was a matter of time before the client discovered how badly we did our job.
- They do not have clients, they do not know how to sell, therefore they do not have a significant revenue, all this translates into a lack of resources to hire true professionals, people with valuable soft and hard skills, instead of having good devs or QA, they hire people who he hardly knows how to program and that he doesn't know new technologies, why? to be able to pay them miserable wages.
- I was supposed to be a manager, but I realized that the title means nothing, on the contrary, being a manager is synonymous with doing 1,000 things at the same time except leading, because internally they simply do not allow you to be a leader, there is so much micromanagement that it is impossible.
- The "executives" that is, the 3 alleged directors or managers (if you can call them that) supposedly know everything, they know about development, customer relationship, sales, human resources, QA, I think they even know quantum physics according to them, lol. In the end I can tell you that with my experience I have seen real leaders and executives, and in Venturit they are FAR from being that.
- I saw very good people leave Venturit, wanting to change the internal dynamics and improve the company, but they gave up and left.
