At the same time, it is tough to read your feedback regarding the management culture, compensation, and the pressure you experienced around work-life balance and our Return-to-Office (RTO) policy. We take your comments about leadership communication and internal alignment very seriously. While we are highly ambitious about integrating new technologies like AI to push boundaries, it should never come at the expense of our employee's well-being or create an unsustainable work culture.
