Work is good, office politics is minimum.
Cons
0 flexibility and extremely heavy workload. While interview and accepting offer letter, HR lied about working from office 3 days a week and we have to be in office for 6 hours everyday. In reality, one is expected to be present in office 4 days a week and stay for 9 hours mandatorily. If 9 hours per day is not maintained mandatorily, salary is deducted. No perks provided, no cab facility, no arrangements to do work from home, small office, no lunch provided. Pay is below the market standards. Not suitable for family people, especially female employees.
