The executive team appointed by the Private Equity owner is absolutely clueless, they don't understand the business and are not even present on-site. Top-down decisions with senseless rationale, disregarding the team who has been working there for decades. Micromanaging to the extreme, absolutely zero decision making power to anyone, every small decision has to go all the way to the top and it takes weeks if not months to get a simple yes/no answer. They just want to flip the company and double their money, No one cares about the long-term, let alone the employees; it's all about making a quick buck and sailing into the sunset for the next flip. This ship is sinking, stay away.

Not sure where to start. It felt like the company just focused on acquisitions without first making sure the structure of its core teams was sound and satisfied. This negligence originally came from the new Veranex C-suite, but became pervasive enough that I noticed it across long-term members of the CSMA team. The CSMA team used to be very responsive and attentive to employee needs, but since the acquisition developed total lack of visibility, low accountability, and general disorganization. Pay is low, morale is low, work not evenly distributed across team members.
