- Everyone is nice, happy, intelligent, and hardworking. - Collaborative culture. People on your team will go above and beyond. If anyone feels swamped they’ll help out. Or accompany you down a rabbit hole with a tricky bug just because they like to code. - The projects are interesting - you really feel like you’re creating someone’s brain child - The tech stack is great. And you can work across about 10 different projects if you want to see it all. - Very organized management and operations. You get the startup culture without any of the common drawbacks.
