Nepotism & Poor Management: The Houston branch feels more like a small family business than a professional corporation. Decisions are heavily influenced by personal relationships between the Houston manager and California leadership, leading to a culture of favoritism. • Lack of Meritocracy: Hard work and results are overlooked if you don't flatter the management. Managers often misrepresent employee performance to the head office to protect their own power, making job security very unstable. • Empty Promises on Growth: While it's easy to get a title change, salary increases are nearly non-existent. Internal transfers between departments are extremely difficult, leaving employees with no room for career development. • Inconsistent Leadership: Management often lacks transparency and professional expertise. Leadership frequently arrives late and spends most of the time in closed meetings, disconnected from the actual needs of the staff.
