Pros

They pay well if you are good at popularity contests.

Cons

Constant turmoil in the C-suite. Complete lack of company direction. Absolutely no consideration for the field staff that actually make the money for the company. They absorb companies left and right and run the field staff ragged. They are verbally abusive and demeaning. Do NOT work for this company.

I am so sorry that you are having a challenging experience with us. Please know you can reach out to any of your leaders or HR partners to work towards solutions. For you and others who read this review, we like to deal in facts. We work hard on our culture and our Net Promoter Score (NPS) went up 17 points in our last survey. Our engagement is going up while other companies are seeing a downward trend. Our benefits are on par within the industry and we look for opportunities to responsibly enhance them each year. We encourage parties and social events in our offices because it helps build our culture in a hybrid workforce. Pay and bonuses are based on merit and accomplishments. The past several years have been better than the general marketplace and we are again, responsibly, looking for ways to take care of our people who perform. We have had some changes in the C-Suite. The COO was promoted to CEO as planned and we backfilled his role with a dynamic woman who is a strong leader. We also added a Chief Digital Information Officer. These roles round out our needs for our strategic plan. We have a solid leadership team to move us forward. Again, I apologize that our culture isn't hitting the mark with you individually and encourage you to reach out to talk to us.

Pros

I really liked my coworkers.

Cons

I was laid off at the very start of the pandemic with absolutely no warning. I believe there were several of us. Our insurance was taken away the day that we were informed we were let go. During a pandemic. Additionally, I was not repaid for all of the PTO that I had earned and intentionally saved up for a future trip. I had even put in some hours on Christmas day, to make up for the time I had to take off that week for my grandfather's funeral, since there was no bereavement leave. I also did not take a full week off after I got married. The office manager jokingly asked why I was in the office the Monday after my wedding. I just laughed, but I should have brought to his attention the abysmal time off policy. I understand this is typical for companies in the US, but just don't be fooled about companies like this who say they care about their employees. It is not a family. It is a purely transactional relationship. Don't expect anything more. My experience was incredibly frustrating.
