      Pros

      Many coworkers were competent and helpful despite the disorganization of operations and production. Compensation and benefits for my role were OK.

      Cons

      Requests for safe equipment to perform my job were belittled and dismissed by management and employees responsible for ordering supplies. I did not feel physically or psychologically safe working at Verde Farms.

      The company has had new leadership Since Early 2024 and also has a great benefits package and a renewed focus on employee care, safety, and culture. Overall Great place to be working.
