      Great people... solid product. It simply worked... all the time.

      IT didn't pay the power bill... and that was usually the office of the decision maker.

      Pros

      Small close team building software. Everyone was really nice to work with. Work closely with senior management. Great view of the water. Walk to Pike lace for lunch.

      Cons

      Occasional layoff create some uncertainly for the rest. Single-focus creates risk of a serious competitor, or a shift in market dynamics.
