Literally Zero, they let you home early but expect the time back when it’s busy!
Cons
Poor salary, Poor management, working out of a converted garage (freezing in the winter - boiling in the summer) - made to pickup rubbish and wash cars when the business is slow - spoken to like a dog - expected to work overtime for free - complain and you’ll get a 50 pound pay rise or made redundant! BE CAREFUL THEY CHANGE THE COMPANY NAME TO AVOID THESE REVIEWS! Told to go on site with zero notice They want a whole IT department from 1 person!
