A FEW tenured employees/ leaders are really good at what they do and are great to work with

Majority of the employees are underpaid There is no pay increase at all Employee benefits are next to none Work-life balance doesn't exist - leaders blatantly asks team members to work late nights or to work on weekends without any concern about personal life Understaffed - people are overworked and underpaid (but the top leaders don't care as long as the job gets done) Politics! Politics! Politics! And it sometimes drive business decisions Top management doesn't care about the employees and is not ashamed to show it No clear direction - leaders keep changing as well as team goal and direction Lower level management is not trusted - even little move/ decision needs top management approval Nothing gets done unless it's escalated! Processes are inefficient
