Pros

I enjoy my coworkers but hate to see that a majority of them are leaving because of being severely underpaid.

Cons

Almost every employee at Verisae, regardless of department and with the exception of management, is in the bottom 4th percentile for salary. Negotiating is never successful so do not think you will ever get anything close to market average. They pretty much do not care that you are severely underpaid but it's their loss as many great people are leaving the company for better opportunities.

A dizzying revolving door of employment and strategic vision

Pros

Pay rates are fair for Minnesota. You get plenty of autonomy. Verisae's top two applications are generally stable and highly beneficial to their customers.

Cons

Verisae’s top executives are focused exclusively on increasing the value of the company so they can cash out and move on. Customer service and satisfaction have been eroding slowly for years and the response from Verisae's executives has been mostly lip service. This attitude is driven by the CEO, who seems to think that producing vaporware is a funny joke. The companies he has recently bought probably make Verisae look good financially (at least in the sort run) but have mostly been busts from a sales perspective and disasters from a software stability standpoint.

Pros

Verisae has a mature product and a solid market position and is also developing new technologies to leverage Internet of Things technology where this technology is relevant and useful.

Cons

They have lost their entire upper management layer after acquisition by Accruent and are going through cultural changes. This should be good in the end but lots of uncertainty in the short term.
