      The team are very lovely to work with and you learn a lot of technical and soft skills

      Cons

      CEOs obsessive control over minute details - micro manages - has attention issues - will shout at you - anger issues - no flexibility with remote working, as he would rather see his minions warming seats in person (no trust)

      Thank you for the feedback. We now operate a flexible policy of remote working which as proved both popular and successful. We do give our long term employees significant autonomy although recognize you did not stay with us for sufficient duration to experience that. The majority of our team have worked together now for more than two years and we're sorry that your short time with us did not work and it was not the right fit.
