      Pros

      I started working with Veristrat in 2011 and I was hesitant in first to work with this company as it did not have big brand name but I was wrong. Being a small company I was given a great platform to provide my inputs for the growth In my career. The management is welcoming and supportive of your needs. Today I feel I made the right decision to be the part of this company which improved my working skills and made me achieve my goals. Great place for women to work.

      Cons

      Only thing I would improve is to get more vacation days.

      1. Nice Atmosphere, very friendly environment 2. Good opportunity to learn. 3. You work as a Individual contributor 4. Management & Seniors are very supportive when it comes new ideas.

      Cons

      1. Because it is a start. So, obviously need to some more time to create a proper organization structure.

      Pros

      Though could not find any positive attribute, but had learned few new things as I was a fresher. Otherwise do not recommend.

      Cons

      No job security. Poor management. No growth. Unfair policies. The company does not have any agenda, is still running on the same pace as before. No respect and reward for hardworking employees.
