There is very little work/life balance to the point where they will expect you to work extreme overtime for little pay and no benefits. Despite the contract stating that you will be paid on a bi-weekly basis you can expect it to be late (I was paid a week late and was never paid on time). There is very little communication and so there is always confusion surrounding projects and the team leads very much have a “figure it out by yourself attitude” and when mistakes are made there is no accountability from the team leads. You will be verbally berated and gaslit to the point of extreme stress that makes going to work miserable This company has a lot of growing to do in terms of leadership and management. I quit after a month and was not the only employee to do so in the time that I worked there which speaks to the quality of employee care. You will receive very little training but will be expected to take on a great deal of responsibility and the interview is extremely misleading in this regard.
