A chaotic environment and demanding CEO
Pros
Hybrid model and flexible on time schedule. Small workforce so it is quiet and chilling many times. And positive workers that are willing to help each other.
Cons
Might be flexible but many times you have to work many hours that you are not getting paid of and that is not like other companies that you might work just 1 hour more. All working in the same room. Thus business calls happen around you when you are trying to work. Excessive toxicity at times of CEO to CTO that is to much to handle when you are also in the same room all day with both of them. CEO insults workers when minor mistakes happen and never positive when 99% of the work is done nicely and on time. Specifications for your next task are none or less than none though still after it is expected of you to know what it needs to happen though few are said.
