Vernon Systems is a small team that comes together to make big changes. It is flexible, supportive and they really invest in you both financially and education-wise. Flexible with childcare, appointments, and the adventures of life. Staff who have been there for 5 years get 5 weeks leave, 10 years 6 weeks leave etc. They really value there employees. Which shows! Most staff have been there for 10 years plus.
Cons
Small team downsides. Some staff take a while to warm up, but everyone is always happy to pitch in on a problem. Not many opportunities to progress career ladder (if that is important to you).
