1. Only join the company if you can to B2C sales. The only way of revenue generation is sales through cold calling. (Customer will yell at you)
2. There are a few people in the top management, if you know them and will say yes to anything they say, you will be okay. Otherwise start looking for jobs.
3. No work life balance. They will pretend its a normal 9-5, only to make you work till 1 a.m. because they will call you even if you reach home.
4. If you have boundaries, it’s not the right place for you to work.
