Pros
Team is collaborative and remote work is good. Owner Sean is great.
Cons
The company culture can feel political. Some recently appointed senior leaders may not consistently credit their teams for their contributions, which can create frustration around recognition. In addition, long-tenured employees can at times be dismissive of the ideas and capabilities of newer hires. There is also a perception that certain managers have closer relationships with executive leadership, which can contribute to concerns that recognition and visibility are not always applied equitably across the organization.
