      Great industry to be in with the ability to positively impact contractor’s lives.

      Cons

      Taking Away Commissions for Overachieving and Refusal to take personal accountability for mistakes that affect their customers Livelihood are just a handful of issues. Upper management spend all day in an echo chamber instead of doing anything to help the company stay relevant. Ideas to better the company are better left unsaid, and yet Versatile wonders why their sales are declining year over year since 2020

      Pay - You can get a decent salary if you carry yourself professionally in the interview process.

      Cons

      Everything Else - If you have industry experience do not work here or it will drive you up the walls. No one else here in any department has any previous experience in the coatings, industrial flooring, or a similar industry (including upper management). You are very restricted at your role and what you can do. DO NOT make any suggestions even if they make sense, you will be terminated WITHOUT reason. Upper management make poor decisions, and have poor communication skills (written and verbal). EXTREMELY high turnover rate for a small family owned company.
