Pros
Some of the people there I am still friends with even though I've been gone for months. There are some truly wonderful (unappreciated) people at this job. Also, it is fully remote. Which is a rare benefit to a job. They do try to have fun events once a month which are usually enjoyable
Cons
The management. Unless you are a man, everyone speaks to you like you are stupid. They also don't ever ask you if you need anything or how things are going. The benefits are GARBAGE. I was paying like $600/month just for health insurance that did not cover aaaanything. I could not afford the dental insurance with the pay they gave me. The vision insurance was also terrible. The pay was decent but I make $3 less now at my new job and still take home about the same as I did there just because of the benefits.
