Fun, lively environment. Loved the fact that I get to learn new skills on a daily basis,have full coaching and guidance throughout, then put them all into action to make money. Lots of different experiences and also recognition for the hard work I actually put in !

It's an absolute joy to work for Vertex. They constantly ensure that the staff are happy in their work and encourage consistent growth.
Cons
It's still a small company at present, so to some that could be a con. But for more ambitious individuals such as myself that just means even more opportunity for growth.
