      Overtime IF you get on a good project, which is rare.

      Cons

      This is the worst company I've ever worked at or heard of. I was bullied horribly by staff and management. Racism, sexism, and ageism are all problems here. If you see good reviews coming from the SWP location, they are probably from one of the people harassing staff, bot, or managment. I would not even wish Saddam Hussein to work here.
