I have never been in any sort of work environment where there is constant fighting between family members. explosive tempers from all members of management - yelling, breaking things, walking out on the business, tearing out of the parking lot in their cars. employees left crying, quitting, feeling worthless. looking back i truly cannot believe i stayed as long as i did. wtf.

Pros
Some pros were the good people and environment of working with people who care and want to achieve things together. Overall everybody cares and makes you feel welcomed, good pay as well.
Cons
Can be quick work that sometimes overwhelms, nothing major however.
