      Pros

      Specialist work in engineering for young engineering there are major opportunities. It is nice to start you career with Verwater as a internal company.

      Cons

      Flexible management and financial foundation can be improved. Over the year Verwater has been growing massively. It's was hard to manage for the old board. Probably at the moment there was better time for the company were it will be more mature.
