      Pros

      1.Pay scale is good. 2.Project exposure is good. 3.Local Pune team is supportive. 4.Projects are drive from Bengaluru with less authority to local team.

      Cons

      1.For projects team , need to be stationed fully at site. 2.Increment was very less (7%) in 2025. 3.Team size if very lean for projects hence work load is more. 4.5% amount gets hold from every months salary and credited once in a year , this wont be credited if you leave the organization in between.
