      The company culture was great! The pay was decent, and we received gift cards often!

      Drama, there was so much drama from the location I worked at. The manager did not know how to run a store and often took her frustrations out on the staff.

      Pros

      Loved working with the founders, being on the buying team, owning my job tasks without being micro managed; learned a lot about business, fashion, analytics. Truly felt like family.

      Cons

      Lack of communication across teams, didn't feel like all employees were working towards the same goal of bettering the company overall.
