      Pros

      Not many. Commision and bonus structure is nice, but service will lose your accounts making it harder to hit.

      Cons

      Turnover is crazy. You will be micromanaged. The service throughout the company is awful and will cost you business. Zero collaboration. You will be doing service's job as well, but you won't get paid for it. Culture is terrible too. Everyone is negative and hates working here.

      I have a genuinely positive experience working at Vestis. The leadership team is supportive and approachable, and there’s a real emphasis on collaboration across departments. I appreciate the work/life balance and encouragement to pursue professional development. The team culture is inclusive, and people genuinely care about doing great work. A supportive, fast-paced workplace where you can make a real impact!

      overworked, no pay raises in sight, just laid off a wealth of knowledge which means more work for the rest of us
